Program Details

Ages 7–18Swimmers must be comfortable swimming 25 yds freestyle and 25 yds backstroke in deep water unassisted.
PracticesMonday–Thursday, 10:30 AM–12:00 PM at Alta Loma High School.No practices June 29 – July 3
Swim MeetsEvery Thursday — June 18, 25 & July 9, 16. Official timing with touchpads & relays!

Is this lessons or a team?+
It’s a race team — not swim lessons. Swimmers train strokes, starts, turns and racing, then compete at weekly meets with official timing.
Does my swimmer need experience?+
They should be comfortable swimming 25 yds freestyle and 25 yds backstroke in deep water on their own. From there, our coaches build speed and technique.
What’s included in $55/week?+
All practices (Mon–Thu), all Thursday swim meets, and official timing with touchpads. It’s pro-rated if you join mid-week.
